Dr. Stein offers comprehensive assessment and management of menopause symptoms including hormone therapy

Enrollment Fee: $100 for individual, $150 for couple or family.

Minimum membership length is for 3 months.

Home Care Visits - Let the doctor come to you, visits are in patient's home. Distance within 5 miles from office.

Patients with Medicare Part B- Sharon Direct Care will charge a monthly fee for services not covered under Medicare Part B and will arrange to seek reimbursement for services covered.

Cancellation Policy: 30 day written notice.
